The room was fine with a lovely
comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was well presented and delicious, but the noise from the street did disturb my sleep occasionally.

The decor was charming, with mid-century modern touches that felt inviting. The hotel was so clean and accessible, which made my stay very comfortable, especially exploring the vibrant area around downtown.
More seating in common areas would be helpful.

The hotel is stylish and conveniently located for exploring downtown Vancouver. I particularly enjoyed the modern decor and the cleanliness of the facilities. However, the noise from the nightclub below was quite disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. While the free bike rentals were a nice touch, my experience was somewhat marred by the outdated check-in procedure that felt overly complex.

The vintage charm and mid-century modern decor give the lobby a unique flair that's hard to forget. The Classic Queen Room, while cozy, features modern amenities and a well-thought-out design, making it comfortable for downtime after exploring.
The location on Granville Street can feel a bit hectic, especially at night, with street noise permeating the hotel. Parking is a hassle. don't expect easy access. Additionally, the faucet placement in the bathroom prevents a clean wash—it's a small design flaw but frustrating nonetheless.

I enjoyed the clean room and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a vibrant area close to shops and restaurants, which made exploring easy. I especially appreciated the proactive approach the hotel took regarding vehicle security. They informed guests about items left in the cars. It made me feel cared for during my stay with my partner. We were there for a weekend getaway.
The noise from the street was noticeable at night, and parking was not straightforward.

Couples looking for a comfortable stay
The staff really went above and beyond during our stay. They helped with our luggage without us even asking, which made it so much easier for us since my husband isn't supposed to lift anything. It felt like a personal touch you don’t see everywhere. And honestly, the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything we wanted to explore.
A bit pricey, but still within reason.
